Innocent Dark Chocolate
byEmily Gerson

When I was told my affair with sugar was done
I was convinced my life would no longer be fun
I feared the terrible withdrawals that would come
My cravings were bad and my mood was glum
But my stomach and health felt better than ever
So I knew this was a tie I had to sever

My luck turned around at a Whole Foods store
I was there for some healthy snacks, nothing more.
Then while walking down the frozen aisle,
I saw Rosita's sweet sparkling smile
I tried to ignore the chocolate plate she had
I didn't want to relapse -- that would be so bad!
But I heard her say "agave" and my head turned
The more she explained, the more I learned
I soon realized I'd found the key:
Innocent Dark Chocolate was salvation for me!

The fudgy bars made my cravings leave
They were a gift -- my long-waited reprieve
While the chocolate was a little bit pricey
I knew the risks of not eating it were much too dicey
So I ordered two bags of Dark Innocent in bulk
Having those around, there was no more need to sulk
But now I'm out and need to get more
If I won a free box, it would be chocolate galore!!!

Divine Dark Chocolate

by Ryan O.

That wonderful treat at the end of your day

That melts all the phone calls and pie charts away

Your tongue knows the taste, your nose, the scent

Your remember each moment this sweet treat has leant

Free from the office, the streets now you roam

Worming through traffic just to reach home

But finally you’ve made it

And wouldn’t dare trade it

Yes! Chocolate that tastes like your grandmother made it

Sweeter than sunshine

Smarter than math

Rich flavors combine

For a dark chocolate bath

Fresh from the freezer

You gaze at its glory

You crave this rich teaser

You’ve found your amore!

You take your first bite

And your heart melts away

You love this delight

That you savor each day

This treat won’t last long

It melts as you hold it

You better not blink

Or you might just miss it

You lick each finger

Loving its mess

And let the taste linger

It’s simply the best

Grander than thunder

Dark chocolate must be

The world’s greatest wonder

It fills you with glee

It’s melty, it’s chewy

It’s flowy and gooey

Luscious and lovely

And only from Innocent

The perfect indulgence

Your soul now content

For me, it’s the texture that thrills me the most

This delicate treasure is something to boast

I love that dark chocolate when it melts on your tongue

Off and escaped, one taste and I’m swung

The flavors that beckon are really exquisite

Savor it quietly in your own chocolate world

Or share it with friends that drop in for a visit

Into one dark chocolate bar, heaven is swirled

Look, a smile grows here and now there

A garden of chocolate eaters grinning so wide

Each decadent taste has them dancing on air

With wonderful dark chocolate close by their side

I love my dark chocolate, I love it, so fair!

Innocent Chocolate Raw INCA-Poetry contest

Crazy days of lazy snoozing.
I can hardly wake up.
Tempting is my coffee cup.
I am too tired to move for coffee.
Tempting is the bubble bath,
Waking up relaxingly soaking.
I am too sleepy for that.
Tempting is the morning sun,
In my garden. That sounds fun.
I'm too tired to get up.
Oh what will tempt me out of bed?
Walking my dog? Going out in my boat?
Oh I have the perfact trick!
I'll eat some chocolate till I'm sick!
The yummy taste of this rare treat,
Will coax me from my pillow sweet,
And into a wonderful day,
With INCA raw in the kitchen I'll Stay,
Until its time to go to sleep,
And over again the treat will tempt,
And I shall spend my summer so.

Mint
By Amanda G. from Pflugerville, Tx.

Some days I feel just spent,
I call my friends so I can vent!
And then indulge myself to some Innocent Chocolate mint.

I take a breath,
And close my eyes,
Enjoy my chocolate
And worry not about my size.

Not only does this chocolate taste grand,
But it's also good for me,
And to that I take a stand.

Farewell, sweets with ingredients I cannot pronounce,
You may taste good, but your artificial preservatives I must denounce!

I'm tired of you making me feel bad,
I'm thankful to Innocent Chocolate mint,
That makes me feel O so glad!

Innocent Chocolate Cherry Pecan Poem

Cherry Pecan
by Rachel R.

Frozen like my worries

Cause they're still

While I enjoy this chocolate's chill

Let the smoothness run down

And drown

Reality's problems I feel

As I indulge in the cherry pecan thrill

And finish the pleasure with a smile

Full of the sweet taste

Only Innocent chocolate can create

Here is mine:
So soft, so dreamy,
so Ultimately creamy,
Cherry gets me screamy
for more.
Yet a little is enough
and a little bite more
fights away my mommy gruff.
A crunch of cherry pecan
All my worries are gone.
